I started testing mac::speech. My mac can still yoddle in 5.6.1 :).
Everything else seems okay and I am able to read in a file to speak. All
my old scripts worked okay. I don't know if anyone has tried using the high
quality voices in the newer versions of text to speech (MacOS 8.5 and
above). Which produces a "Bus Error at FFC8C230 _SetResPurge+010DA" in
macsbug. This would be a bug I could live with. I doubt this would be a high
priority ,or worth putting much effort into. Maybe just put this one under
"Known Bugs and workarounds".
