Some of the ideas in a current thread on comp.lang.perl.misc look
interesting, but I suspect they may be too remote from where we are.
Would anyone care to comment briefly on how, if at all,
Active Perl and its PerlScript
relate, or might relate, to MacPerl and to MacOS up to 9.*?
