I've temporarily put in static pages for index.html and build.html. There
appears to be a problem with the SF web servers, and I still can't debug
it, having no Apache logs (it was working fine until today). I am entering
a support request on SF.
Actually, I just noticed someone else has a similar problem, so I just
added on to their support request with a note from me.
