It's part of the (Mac-) Perl 5.6.1 distribution and requires at least Perl 5.005_64. Time to upgrade your MacPerl? ;-) Move over to http://sf.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=7940 , download the MacPerl 5.6.1 web installer (MacPerl-5.6.1b1_web.bin), run it and install what you need.
