Dear Anonymous,

first of all, Date-Calc-5.0-bin-MacOS.tar.gz is a binary distribution for MacPerl
5.2.0r4, it *can't* be used with MacPerl 5.6.1 (repeat this three times, minimum :).
Shared libraries build for MacPerl 5.2.0r4 are not binary compatible with those build
for MacPerl 5.6.1 and vice versa.

Second, Date-Calc-5.0-bin-MacOS.tar.gz is a very early beta version, and shouldn't be
used at all. I will delete it from CPAN and my website, to avoid any confusion. The
final Date-Calc-5.0 distribution will be available (at least for MacPerl 5.6.1), when
some portability issues have been solved.

Third, I cannot reproduce a crash. For me, the installation works fine. When did the
crash happen, during unpacking..., during converting... or?

Best regards,

--Thomas
