The download counts don't necessarily mean anything, they often change once
only every day or so.

However, the download is apparently messed up.  I am checking in with the
SF people on it; however, in the meantime, go to:

   http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/macperl/MacPerl-5.6.1b3_web.bin

instead of:

   http://telia.dl.sourceforge.net/macperl/MacPerl-5.6.1b3_web.bin

That is, s/telia.dl/prdownloads/ on each URL.  Something is wrong with that
new host, and I'll get it looked into.
