Talking of the next release, I was using 5.6.1b1 on OS 9.1 (was great :) and then bought a Mac with OS X pre-installed, so have been using (or trying to use ;-) 5.6.0 outta the box. When MacPerl 5.6.1 goes final, I intend to update my 9.1 machine from b1 to the final release and I know to delete/move the old installation but I've a SharedLib in the 9.1 System Folder called "err" which showed up when I d/l'd 5.6.1b1. I assume I just delete/move this also? (I've opened it, with BBEdit, and it contains some very odd doings). Any help appreciated.
