Ok, I haven't tried hard enough the first time, so excuse my ignorance. Just *don't* try to run MacPerl's installer or MHonArc's install.me, and everything seems to work fine. Here's what I've done: Unpack the distribution, leave all files where they are, and simply execute the 'mhonarc' program from MacPerl. To get some help, enter '-help' when MacPerl asks for command line options. I was able to convert a Eudora mailbox to HTML, pretty cool (I've done this with 2.4.7). Thanks much, Alan.
