I got ur addresses from google !!! I am Manoj Kulkarni from India !!!! I have one small assignment . I need to check maillog , and From incomming mail , without viewing the mail I have to saperate out the attachments from the mail , saving the attachments on harddisk of mail server. I know that I will have to write cron for that. but without doing mannually work of saving the attachment on harddisk my program should do this. ( these files are then used for further processing ... but it is another issue ! ) . Is it possible through PERL programming or do I need to use PHP program for that ? I know that we can collect the mail from mailqueue using "Fetchmail" command and giving the server name on linux. but here I am able to collect the incomming mail but I am not able to saperate out the attachment thro' perl program !!! Please try to understand my problem and guide. Any comments related to this are welcome ! Manns
