[MacPerl] Shuck?

MacOS 9.x, since upgrading to MacPerl 5.6.1r1 Shuck won't launch with
command-clicking on text. Instead, get an error message "Failed to
launch help viewer ..." advising about internet config etc. Internet
config is installed, and all worked fine with older perl. Suggestions? -Richard
