Hi * I have a problem reading a number from a Dialog. I've created a 'kEditTextDialogItem' where the user can enter a figure which is used in later calculation. I try to get the figure with '$rem = $rem = ($dlg->item_text(22));' which worked fine for text but this time MacPerl says:
# Argument "^C^T*t^C^T„@" isn't numeric in int. It's quit ease to understand that there will arise problems when i try to calculate with text but i haven't found an example using numbers.
