Using the Icab browser? That should work, as long as it doewnloads the
file as binary, not as text. If it doesn't expand automatically, drop it
on Stuffit Expander. If that still doesn't work, you might have to
change the file type, and maybe the file creator, using a tool like
FileTyper. And try to tweak your browser settings, so it saves files of
this (whatever it may be) mime type as the proper file type.
