Dear macperl.org, I have recently installed perl version 5.6.1 r2 on my G4 macintosh running OS 9.2. It is located on my harddrive.
I have been trying to pass valued from an HTML document to a perl script locally on my Mac. I am not having any success. I am not sure if I have the right shebang line in my perl scripts. I am currently trying to locate perl with the following shebang line: #!harddrive:MacPerl ƒ:lib:perl is this right? I know the scripts work because I have passed syntax checks and they will run on a unix server. My HTML is fine also. Is there any other reason my application will not run locally on my Macintosh?
