opendir/readdir is exactely what i was looking for. The shame is that i know File::Find and use it some times if i have to search directory tree so i should have be thinking about it.
Well, as in this case i only have one directory to handle so readdir is my friend. Thanks again, your knowledge and the way you share it make MacPerl really a powerfull tool :-)
