Somebody on this list has this set to all incoming mail and therefore all members of any mailing list this person is on gets spammed with this message if they try to reply to his post. I've seen it already on several other lists and have ended up filtering the offender's address to the spam folder. In several cases, people have reset their 'spam protection service' to exclude mailing lists they're subscribed to, so we live in hope :-) Regards, Phil.
