[MacPerl] Droplet in OS X Perl?

I just began using OS X, Panther to be precise.

I have a number of MacPerl Droplets that I'd like to keep. They do work fine
in Classic, however, over the long run I should probably convert them to run
OS X native.

Any pointer to how to go about this?
