Currently you have to download the source and build it. Go to
http://svn.macports.org/repository/macports/downloads/
DarwinPorts-1.3.2/
and download whatever format you feel most comfortable with.
From the home page you need to navigate to "Source Code" then
"downloads"...
I seem to remember hearing about a problem with the disk image for
1.3.2, so there wasn't one.
