The file port 4.17 is broken because the file-4.17.tar.gz archive is no longer on the mirrors of the Portfile. There are now versions 4.18 and 4.19. The attached patch addresses the issue by bumping the version and updating the checksum. Please commit as soon as possible ;-) Regards.
