A new port, CouchDB, a document database server, in a very
developmental phase, svn build only, lacks a startupitem (coming soon)

In this revision I accidentally committed also two locally modified
Portfiles (for different versions of PostgreSQL). I tried to remove
these by reverting the changes. There surely is a more elegant way to
do that, but I hope I haven't done too much damage (Markus, can you
check your working copies that hopefully are correct).
I promise to use 'svn st' before doing anything:-(
