Revert to latest stable version 1.6.4 to avoid breakage of
dependents. Will create a new cairomm-devel for the unstable 1.7.0
branch.

You could add "epoch 1" to the port. That way, if anybody had already
upgraded to 1.7.0, they will now be informed via "port outdated" that
they should go back to 1.6.4.
