In revision 42611 you made a bunch of changes to the kdegraphics4
Portfile but gave an empty commit message.
In revision 42612 you deleted a blank line at the end of the
Portfile, and gave this log message:

use ${prefix} and some other cleanups. prevent ccache use until
cmake portgroup lands
This is the changelog for the last change.
You should go back and edit the log messages of both of these
revisions so that they state what was actually done in those
revisions. Don't commit a second revision to describe a previous one.
Here's how you would edit those log messages:
svn propedit --revprop -r 42611 svn:log \
http://svn.macosforge.org/repository/macports
svn propedit --revprop -r 42612 svn:log \
http://svn.macosforge.org/repository/macports
This assumes your EDITOR environment variable is set appropriately.
