What if we changed the order slightly, so we do steps 1-7 for all the
packages first, and then, if there are no errors, do 8-11?
This is not possible, because dependencies have to be installed and
active or they cannot be used on building dependents.
Well, never mind then. :P
Does MacPorts keep track of which ports were installed explicitly and
which were installed as deps?
