And, of course, reading my message a good number of times to assure accuracy still did not clear out all bugs!
If we do it by 1.7.0, then it'll be 1.700.0 against 1.7.1, and I'm unsure of the result (though my guess is 1.7.1 < 1.700.0, which would also fail). 


        There I meant "if we do it by 1.7.1", of course.
