Not really what I meant. I meant that by adding dependencies, these
libraries will be used instead of
the default if they weren't already installed. So incrementing the
revision causes this to happening

Yes, but if they weren't installed before, then the Tiger X11User and
X11SDK packages weren't installed, and the package wouldn't have
compiled anyways.
