Dear Devans,
The problem is that dirac used to build during the week-end and then
suddenly it did not build. At the same time libdirac was added to
ffmpeg-devel, so I suggest that ffmpeg-devel is not build against dirac
at the moment. We cannot break ffmpeg-devel just because something goes
wrong. The dirac dependency to ffmpeg-devel is only hours old so it
wron't break anything to remove dirac until dependency until the dust
comes down in texlive-base.
