For everybody not reading xquartz-dev: Disabling the Pasteboard in Preferences->Pasteboard worked for me in Tiger. But this fix doesn't seem to work on Leopard. Simon -- + privacy is necessary + using http://gnupg.org + public key id: 0x6115F804EFB33229
