SetFile is not in any of the usual paths but in /Developer/Tools so
you'll have to call it by that absolute path if you want to use it.

Is that on 10.4? I see SetFile in /usr/bin on 10.5.6, Xcode 3.1.2. So it may only be needed in a darwin 8 platform section if it turns out to be
needed.
