There's also a few more than just that suddenly. Presumably the
spammer
created an account. We need to delete it and ban that email address
in
the future if possible.
It would be nice if more of us had the ability to edit and delete
individual comments to police this problem.
Nobody can edit comments short of operating on the database directly:

I've cleaned it up for now. I will be installing a spam plugin for
Trac next week.
