Yes, I know I have been the one who committed the original python
framework transition for python25. :-) It sounded like a good idea back
then and I never thought it would cause such problems for us.
I think we should just have different framework directories for each version of
Python.
So instead of
${prefix}/Library/Frameworks
have
${prefix}/Library/Python2.6-Framework
or something and that version is always 2.6. So we avoid this issue.
