That was me, using the batch modify plugin, to fix #14909. The
Guide now
tells users to just leave the milestone field blank.
I'll look into why it got logged as anonymous, that is probably a
bug in
that plugin.
Actually I think that particular comment would have been left when I
deleted the milestone using the admin interface. I only used the batch
plugin to change ticket types.
Okay, that makes more sense. I sent a patch upstream to fix it.
