According to http://blog.mozilla.com/nnethercote/2009/05/28/mac-os-x-now-supported-on-the-valgrind-trunk the port is now in the valgrind trunk. It may be about ready for the general public. We've been using it on Chromium for months now, and it has found quite a few leaks and other problems.
