Every time the dependencies are changed, the revision needs to be incremented. Otherwise the dependency management does not work anymore. As an example, anyone uninstalling kerberos5 would not be warned that it is still in use by kdelibs4. > Really, the whole of KDE above kdelibs might need rebuilt. Why do you think that is the case?
