I received a several lint reports after committing scores of revision
bumps when upgrading libpng.

In this case, a patch file includes a version number in its filename.
Could the lint test be tweaked to ignore hardcoded version numbers in
the patchfiles section?
Should patchfiles be named in a fashion that dodges the lint test?
