It is better to write commit messages that say what you did, not just what 
ticket to look at for details. Though listing the ticket number is of course 
good and recommended as well, you're going to have a hard time later when you 
want to figure out what revision did what if you look at the subversion log and 
all it has in it is ticket numbers. A better message for this revision would 
have been "ncarg: fix absence of ncl when built with libpng 1.4 (#28043); add 
gcc45 variant". You can edit the log message of this revision using "svn 
propedit --revprop -r 75337 svn:log".
