If it was "possible to convert" SELinux and/or AppArmor, it would have been 
done already imho.

This is isn't posible in the sense of "anything is possible".

This is a statement that there there has been no interest for years,
that Apple already has other security schemes, and that there would have
been signs (like @apple.com e-mail addresses) in various lists years
ago if SELinux/AppArmor  were "possible".

That is neither a good or bad thing that its impossible to convert.
