I would recommend waiting a week or so until these changes are flushed out (and 
3.0 is actually released) before you commit your change.  In the mean time, can 
try testing against llvm-3.0 and let me know how that works.  You should be 
able to just use llvm-config-mp-3.0 instead of llvm-config.
