Can someone please commit the Portfile.diff on ticket 29243
which updates pynmr. The pynmr package has been broken since we
updated pymol 1.4 to build/install with setup.py. The updated pynmr
packaging changes the pynmr installation to match the new location
of pymol (which is where the pynmr files reside). It also fixes
the pynmr package to use python2.6 (as pynmr isn't compatible
with python2.7). Thanks in advance.
