Gah.  For some reason, I thought there was no cctools port.

FWIW, cctools doesn't build for me on any of the OS versions I've tried, and it 
doesn't quite work for my needs because you're pegging older OS versions to 
older versions of cctools (like you're doing in ld64).  Is there a reason for 
this pegging?  If not, I'd like to work to get the newer tools building on 
older hosts as this is actually needed to get quartz-wm building on older hosts 
(long story).
