The important distinction is not exactly the number of clauses, but
rather the presence or absence of this clause:
3. All advertising materials mentioning features or use of this software
must display the following acknowledgement:
This product includes software developed by {{the organization}}.
BSD-old is actually pretty rare these days since UC rescinded this
clause on everything for which they own the copyright.
