You might be able do something with python.version (e.g., "27") or
python.branch ("2.7"). For instance, if you name your patchfiles
"whatever-2.7.patch", "whatever-3.1.patch", etc., you could specify the correct
one in the portfile as "whatever-${python.branch}.patch".
