As I'm reminding myself, the reason why I haven't had any bug reports about
this is because the php 1.1 portgroup already detects an incorrect
extension_dir in the php.ini and warns the user appropriately. This has been in
the portgroup since r53562 over three years ago. So yes, please delete these
notes from the php-midgard2 port.
