Since they're all symlinks into the prefix(es), then there aren't any
portfile-specific issues. You'll just have to disable them to avoid collisions
between the prefixes (same problem if your ${applications_dir} aren't unique.

I see you found that you can disable startup items for a given prefix. :-)
