My use case is that I want to install port foo, but during the installation of dependencies I encounter an issue with port bar. So I go on fixing this port until a 'port install bar' succeeds. But then it is marked as requested and I have to run 'port unsetrequested bar' to remove the requested state from the registry. With this change, I will now use 'port install --unrequested bar' in the step of fixing port bar and then the port is properly marked as being installed as a dependency.
