Now mpvim just ignores the modeline and sets the appropriate buffer-local 
options on its own. The only downside is that it has to be kept in sync with 
the standard modeline if it ever changes.

It also wouldn't work for any Portfiles that had some sort of custom modeline. 
Are there any of those?
