No, it fails at the same place & I can't even find a tarball for libproc/libproc-dev (not even at Google's FreeBSD hosting site). So unless someone knows how to extrapolate the relevant stuff from a deb file, the only thing I can think of is talking to Thomas Adams over on the tmux mailing list & see what he says.
