You removed the comment explaining why the build conflict was added, but left
the build conflict itself. Has the symptom changed? If so it might be useful to
add a new comment documenting that symptom. Or if upstream has fixed their
build system to prefer the just-built version instead of an already-installed
version, then the build conflict (and the portgroup that implements that
command) can be removed.
