I learned from Joshua's commit in r121450 that the freecode web site is no 
longer being updated. This is confirmed here:

http://freecode.com/about

freecode is the default livecheck for MacPorts, so we will need to find a new 
default livecheck, or perhaps even disable livecheck by default if we cannot 
find an alternative. Suggestions welcome.
