It looks like all arguments that get passed to CLI_Compile.sh get passed on to 
./configure. So rather than patching the --with-libcurl argument into 
CLI_Compile.sh where it's harder to find, you might consider just adding it to 
the existing build.args in the Portfile.

ATM I don't see an obvious way to handle this. If you add it to the --prefix= line, you get "configure: WARNING: unrecognized options: --with-libcurl".
