Hi, I just noticed the following:
#> port rev-upgrade ---> Scanning binaries for linking errors Warning: Error parsing file /opt/local/bin/readcd: Error opening or reading file Warning: Error parsing file /opt/local/sbin/rscsi: Error opening or reading file Warning: Error parsing file /opt/local/libexec/mlock: Error opening or reading file ---> No broken files found. #> ll /opt/local/bin/readcd /opt/local/sbin/rscsi /opt/local/libexec/mlock 290260 272 -rws--x--x 1 root admin 276436 Jul 3 16:05 /opt/local/bin/readcd* 342123 16 -rwx--s--x+ 1 root mail 14556 Nov 21 23:57 /opt/local/libexec/mlock* 347938 92 -rws--x--x 1 root admin 93528 Jul 3 16:05 /opt/local/sbin/rscsi* IIRC, OS X no longer allows setuuid/setguuid, or only under some conditions. Isn't that something that ought to be addressed in the post-destroot? I'd vote for removing the offending flags if they cannot have their intended effect anyway.
