transmission-x11: update to version 2.84, reconfigure using autogen.sh for
intltool 0.51 compatibility, drop +gtk variant and build gtk3 client

I don't think that's where the distfile is. There are no files in the
transmission sourceforge project's files section:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/transmission/files/
They use sf as a mirror only, not a regular project site. Because of this
master_sites sourceforge:transmission
fetches from
http://sourceforge.net/projects/transmission.mirror/files/
